Terms & Logistics
What international buyers can expect
- Lead time
- Approximately 30 days from PO confirmation and advance payment receipt; shorter for stock items.
- Minimum order quantity
- Negotiable per product family. We accept mixed-container orders.
- Packaging
- Inner: poly bag + grease-paper wrap. Outer: 5-ply export carton (cartons palletised on heat-treated wooden pallets, strapped and shrink-wrapped). Heavy items shipped in custom wooden crates.
- Marking
- Each carton stencilled with: customer name, PO #, item code, quantity, gross / net weight, country of origin and side-up marks.
- Loading ports
- Mundra (Gujarat) and Nhava Sheva / JNPT (Mumbai) — both within 1,800 km of plant; road movement via covered trucks.
- Incoterms
- FOB Mundra / FOB Nhava Sheva — standard. CIF and CFR available on request.
- Payment terms
- 30% advance T/T against PO, 70% against scanned BL — or 100% Letter of Credit at sight.
- Currency
- USD or EUR invoicing.
- Documents
- Commercial Invoice · Packing List · Material Test Certificate · Bill of Lading · Certificate of Origin (Chamber of Commerce) · Insurance (if CIF).
- Compliance
- All consignments shipped under Indian Customs SB and supported by AD-Code-registered banking; the company is GST and IEC registered.
