Manufacturing & Engineering Capability
A fully integrated process chain, under one roof
From raw steel to finished, heat-treated, edge-hardened blade — means we control quality at every stage and can respond quickly to custom OEM specifications.
Stamping & Blanking
High-tonnage press lines for high-volume blade blanks, sieves and chaffer sheets, with progressive tooling for dimensional consistency.
Laser Cutting
Fiber-laser cutting up to 12 mm for prototypes, custom geometries and low-volume runs. Burr-free edges, ±0.1 mm tolerance.
Laser Cladding
Metallurgically bonded hard-facing of cutting edges and shaft journals — typically tungsten-carbide or stellite — for extended wear life under abrasive crop conditions.
CNC Machining & Tooling
3- and 4-axis CNC milling and turning centres for shafts, knife heads, concave bars and in-house die & tool manufacturing.
Welding
MIG, TIG and arc-welding stations with qualified welders for sub-assemblies, concave structures and shaft fabrication.
Heat Treatment
Oil-quench & temper furnaces and induction edge-hardening — calibrated for the 48–52 HRC range typical of EN42J cutting components.
Quality & Testing
In-house spectrometer for incoming-steel chemistry, Rockwell & Brinell hardness testing, and dimensional inspection on every production batch.
