Every blade, shaft and assembly leaves the plant only after material, hardness and dimensional verification. Our two workhorse materials are summarised below, with the key quality controls that govern every order.

Quality Control
Quality control workflow
Incoming raw material
Every steel coil and bar lot is verified by in-house spectrometer for chemistry against IS / EN specification before release to production.
In-process inspection
First-piece and hourly sampling on press and CNC lines; dimensional check against working drawing.
Heat treatment
Calibrated furnaces with thermocouple logging; Rockwell hardness testing on every batch.
Final inspection
100% dimensional and visual inspection on critical components, sample inspection on high-volume blade lines.
Documentation
Material test certificate (MTC) and packing list issued with every export consignment.
